Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, a full refund of the ticket price (excluding service fees) will be automatically offered to the original payment method.

Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 30 days of the change announcement.
